Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Investigate alarms or disturbances and take necessary actions
- Write reports on property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call emergency services as needed
- Utilize CCTV surveillance cameras effectively
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure safety
Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Previous experience in law enforcement or the military preferred
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Possess a valid security officer certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
